Kohei Eguchi

Profile

Kohei Eguchi joined Toyota Motor Corporation in 2016. In the human resources field, he worked as an HR business partner for business units and completed a trainee assignment at Toyota Argentina. He later joined Toyota’s global headquarters, where he was responsible for designing and operating senior management personnel systems and overseeing HR and compensation matters for global executives. Since October 2025, he has been with Toyota Invention Partners, where he is primarily responsible for human resources and administration. Outside of work, he enjoys bass fishing and exploring Central and South America.
