Nene Yokoyama

Profile

Nene Yokoyama joined Idemitsu Kosan in 2016, where she worked in fuel oil wholesale, digital transformation (DX) initiatives, and the launch of an in-house entrepreneurship program. In 2022, she joined MOL PLUS, the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), where she was responsible for domestic and international startup investments and for supporting business collaborations, with a primary focus on the energy and environment sectors. In 2024, she joined EX-Fusion, a startup working to commercialize laser fusion technology, where she led fundraising efforts and developed strategic alliances with corporate partners. Drawing on her hands-on experience across operating companies, CVCs, and startups, she joined Toyota Invention Partners in August 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her pet monkey and owl.
